Coming from a large family, I believe that so much of our mental health stems from dynamics within our families. I believe that I can improve communities by providing families with the resources they need to succeed and thrive.

In the African American community, we are haunted by intergenerational trauma that shapes how we view and operate within the world. By increasing the frequency with which people of color pursue therapy, we work to break the cycle of trauma and aid you in beginning a new family tradition of mental health. I am honored to work to be a part of this change!

I use my expertise in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts to support couples, families and individuals.

I believe self expression is an important tool each of us are born with. If given the opportunity to flourish it can create wellness. I use artistic techniques to process emotions, develop coping skills, take new perspectives, and improve emotional regulation for my clients.

I have supported children, adolescents, adults, 55+ communities, differently abled individuals, spiritual beliefs, financial statuses, incarcerated individuals, and various cultures, but not YOU. I am willing and ready to learn and search for the answers with you. There is not a straightforward solution to mental health and I embrace this unknown path.

Unique situations have molded you to be the person you are today. You and your individual needs deserve to be heard despite age, cultural identity, gender identity, sexual orientation, experienced trauma, physical abilities, career path, financial status, or spirituality. You are worth my time and I am eager to help you along your journey.
