This is a safe space for you to process your mental health symptoms one on one and explore strategies to decrease them. Rest assured your therapist will meet you where you are at, and challenge you when the time is right.

Relationships need work too! Sometimes we accidentally deprioritize our relationships, and get frustrated that they are not as fulfilling as we would like them to be. Let's be intentional about improving the dynamics between you and your partner(s).

When current family dynamics impact our ability to improve mental health, it may be time for family therapy. Let's work to improve communication . We are able to provide one hour family sessions as well as two to four hour intensive family sessions.

Clinicians at Soul Sprout Mindful Care are certified by MaMHCA to provide LMHC individual and group super vision hours for masters level pre licensed clinicians as well as consultation services for licensed clinicians.
